Last week we celebrated two birthdays, one of my brother and that of my grandson Raffy: a tifosissima of Naples, the other lover of the balloons, then what better opportunity to combine the two? And here's the cake strength Naples, a sponge cake with maraschino wet, filled with cream Rocher (chocolate, cream, hazelnuts and hazelnut wafer crumbs), and a cake ball over following this recipe you can also find here, with the variation that I've covered everything with sugar paste, even the "ciucciarielli of Naples" were made by me (^_^)
