Plot: Madeline has always had a gift: to see, the only contact with a person, glimpses of his past. A precious gift that has enabled it to be helpful in finding lost people, but who also ended up isolated from his family and friends. Fled in the quiet of remote Glacier National Park, has finally found peace, far from any human contact. Until the day when the forest is overwhelmed by a sudden flood. Madeline, before you lose consciousness, he confused the perception of a mysterious force that wants to drag the darkness of deep water, but when he wakes up is safe in the arms of a man. From that moment on, though most will never find peace. He feels that someone or something in the shadows, the light, follows her everywhere. Your enemy is hungry. And only you can saziarlo.

My opinion: I had never happened to read a book of this type, a mixture of thriller and fantasy! I liked it precisely because of its very addictive fast-paced and involves you in history.
Madeline has a special gift that allows her to see glimpses of the lives of strangers just by touching objects that belonged to them. A gift, yes, but that does not allow her to have relations of friendship with anybody because all they look fearful and distrustful. The only friend I ever had is dead killed by a killer who skinned their victims and then ate their flesh. Madeline can no longer bear the weight of his gift and decides to isolate himself for a while in Glacier National Park. What I do not know is that a creature is hunting precisely because of what it can do and the only way of salvation is to trust Noah, also like a shapeshifting demon who hunts with Madeline and which has a close bond.
Atteaverso escapes and fights with the demon, the story evolves. Will Noah and Madeline to defeat the demon? And if so, at what price?
I leave you to find out!
